Frequently asked questions
When you have DNS and www forwarding through us, you can use the control panel to set up DNS pointers from host names (e.g. www.example.com) to IP addresses (e.g. 126.96.36.199). However, it is not possible to set up pointers the other way around, that is from IP addresses to host names. If you want this, you need to contact the owner of the IP address in question (e.g. Yahoo or AOL) and ask them to do it. There is one exception and that is if you have colocation with us (i.e. your IP address is 194.63.250.x). If so, contact us, and we will set it up for you.
